Die Donuts sind wie immer sehr gut und sehr süß. Die Getränke dort sind auch sehr gut und es geht wirklich schnell nach der Bestellung. Gerade im Sommer kann man gut drinnen sitzen um abzukühlen aber auch draußen ist es schön im Baumschatten zu sitzen.

The best donuts - Edit
I always make sure to go to Brammibals on every trip to Berlin. The donuts are always excellent and the range of flavours is really exciting. I love the Potsdamer Platz branch. There's a lot of seating, both indoors and outside. There's no table service, so you order either at the counter or using one of the screens. This is what we tried:
Read moreZupfkuchen: monthly special in July. A ring donut topped with chocolate ganache, a blob of cream cheese icing, and some chocolate biscuit crumb. Every individual element was delicious, and together they were an absolute dream!
Boston creme: a classic for a reason. The dough is soft, the ganache is rich, and the vanilla custard is light and sweet. This is a permanent fixture on the menu, with very good reason.
Pistachio and raspberry: delicious! It was bursting with jam that was sharp and not too sweet. This balanced really well with the sweet pistachio cream and icing.
Cookies and cream: a lovely sweet donut with vanilla icing and a delicious cookie crumb. This isn't a flavour combination that will change the world, but it's simple and well executed here.
Bomboloni: I've had this one several times over the years and always forget quite how good it is. The chocolate hazelnut filling is so thick and flavoursome, it's incredible. I've had this kind of nutella-filled donut in various places over the years, but never as decadent as the Brammibals version.
Macadamia cheesecake: this was a topped with a great caramel glaze. The macadamias added some salt and crunch which worked very well. I've enjoyed the cream cheese swirl on previous cheesecake donuts and this one was delicious too. A great donut.
I'll be back on my next trip to Berlin!

Read moreThey have monthly specials with some rotating donuts (like the yummy tiramisu or the winter holiday specials) and some new ones as well, so we always try new flavors!
They also have a special cake donut (baked, not fried) once a week and some weekly specials as well (I’m looking forward to trying out the Mango sticky rice tomorrow!)

The Best Vegan Donuts in the World - Edit
Brammibal's Donuts is the kind of place you HAVE to try if you're in Berlin. Make it an event, get some coffee and stay a while. Maybe get a second order before you leave. I have had some really good vegan donuts, but these are my favorites. This particular location is really cool and well designed, and the variety of donut options is a dream. Next time I'm in Berlin, this will be one of my first stops.

Worth visiting ! The hot chocolate did not blow us away, not very chocolatey just ok, but the donuts slapped and the staff were really lovely. One donut was not the freshest (nutella) but possibly just not as fast a turnover today, the other 2 MORE than made up for this, deserving of 6 stars alone!
