Cute ice cream trucks in the centre of Brno serve delicious ice cream with unusual flavours, loved both by vegans and non-vegans. I had a scoop of avocado with lime ice cream and it was delicious. The staff was really nice, price reasonable.

on a random day, i came across 3 of their little trucks, one at the brno market, one at park moravske and one somewhere in the pedestrian zone i think.
Read moreeach of them had 6 flavours which means if you're unlucky (in my view), there might be only sorbets. but sometimes they for example have nut flavours or chocolate.
one scoop is 60czk≈2,40€ and two are 115czk ≈4,60€. that's kind of expensive especially considering the fact that food in the czech republic is usually much cheaper than in germany/austria etc.
one last note: staff speaks english! so even though the flavours are written in czech, they can explain them to tourists
Pros: all vegan, some nice flavours, english spoken
Cons: sometimes only sorbets available, quite expensive

The ice taste fresh, and is really creamy and delicious.

Daily selection of 6 vegan ice creams. We went to one at zelny trh on saturday and had to return on sunday again. The hazelnut and sour berry (mochyně) with lemongrass were both amazing. The apple štrudl was very cinamony (still nice), though iranian pistaccio was a bit of a let-down. All in all great flavours for good price. I would definitely stop there next time I'm in Brno.

When you want ice cream in Brno, you get some from Božský Kopeček. That's the rule. For me. At least. Lol. Yeah, their ice cream is delicious. My favourite has to be vanilla or nebe (coconut+vanilla with blue spirulina). They have so many flavours. Not all flavours are from fresh fruit though, which is understandable because they have some exotic flavours – durian, jackfruit, etc,... the only negative thing is that one time you get a lot of ice cream and the next time you get just a little.

I have tried two flavours from the Moravské Náměstí truck and both were lovely. The texture is hard to describe - sort of half way between ice-cream and sorbet, which makes it creamy yet juicy and refreshing on a hot day. The retro truck design is cute too.
