Honestly couldn’t think of a better work lunch than a Bowla from Swansea market. This is the garlic and rosemary Bowla with vegan meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce topped with vegan cheese, crispy onions, chives and chilli flakes.

Finally got to try a Bowla! - Edit
I've been following Bowla on my socials for ages, but had never been in the Market for lunchtime until last week so I finally got to give them a try. The staff were so friendly and helpful, explaining the various choices to me.
Read moreI plumped for the vegan chicken tikka masala with onions and cheese on top. Absolutely lush! The whole concept is brilliant and I will definitely be back to try some of the other fillings. It was nice being able to sit at one of their tables and people watch too. A little calm oasis in the Market.
