Very good but very small portion - Edit
I had a chicpea and potato inspired meal. The spices were really nice, combined with the sweatness from the yoghurt sauce. I would have given this place five stars, but the portions are ridiculously small

Amazing vegan food - Edit
This place was a great find, it only has 5 small dishes on the menu so we ordered them all to have between the two of us which felt like the perfect amount. They were brought out one at a time with a bit of a description which we enjoyed. We loved everything but our favourite was the burger with the cucumber salad.

It's one of those places that don't mention that all their food is vegan. We ordered four of the five dishes on the menu. The portions were quite small, but tasty and the staff was friendly. The experience was dampened a bit by the long waiting time, but since it's a pop up, they'll probably be able to solve this when they have a permanent location (hopefully soon).

Our dishes are designed such that guests can try all of our home-made dishes which have distinct flavour profiles, while keeping prices fair. We normally explain the menu and that everything is fully vegan including drinks, sorry we missed that on this occasion!

Reminds me of Indian streetfood - Edit
Nice place in a vibey part of town, and I really appreciated having some authentic street food similar to what I remember from a trip to India!
Read moreI had the pani puri and the "Delhi delight" (which is, I think, aloo chaat). They were both freshly cooked, crispy and very tasty. To be honest I wanted a little bit more of the zingy/sour flavour - I think they shouldn't hold back so much! Both dishes benefit from that "zing", and need it for balance. More tamarind please. So not a perfect score, but very nice.

A very tiny menu, but everything I had was super fresh and made with care. I’d never tried Thoke before, and now I want to try to make it on my own but fear it will never live up to what I had. Service was spot on as well.
