Some vegan options- very friendly - Edit
This place has great service! Everyone there seemed very attentive and cheerful. I went there for breakfast two days in a row. One day I had avocado toast and the serving day oatmeal. They were both delicious. It would be nice if there were more vegan choices, but I enjoyed my meals.

Always excellent, huge menu, lower than average prices for Coachella Valley - Edit
On 2nd floor. Great people watching the street if you’re in large shaded outdoor area (front and back).
Read moreAll of menu is served all hours they’ve open. Get a reservation if it is hot and you must eat inside. There are misters outside but doesn’t really help when it is more than 105, which it is for almost all of the 5 hottest months.
Pros: Will satisfy you and your non vegan friends , Large drink menu, Opens early for breakfast daily.

Great restaurant! You can easily sub vegan meat to make a dish vegan. They also have vegan sauces. I had avocado toast for breakfast and then at lunch turned their Gorgonzola burger into a vegan one by subbing the meat and subbed for their vegan cheese and sauce. It was DELICIOUS.
