Fast and fresh - Edit
A good quick meal for someone on the go. You can choose a salad, rice/noodle bowl, or sandwich. I wasn’t super hungry so I ordered a salad and was glad I did. My friend got a rice bowl and it was way too much rice. Everything was fresh and tasty if not really all that inspired.

Clear menu, easy to order - Edit
Really simple "build your own bowl" type of place. Got rice noodles with veggies and spicy peanut sauce. It was great especially for the price

Nice fresh and healthy - Edit
It‘s nice that they offer quite a number of vegan options. The food is very tasty. I can recommend the truck as well as the eateries.

Really good! - Edit
The paprika tofu is unreal! I got the rice bowl with paprika tofu, brown rice, and spicy peanut sauce, I also added some kimchi. It was super good! It warmed my soul and was a rally nicer balance of richness and more refreshing flavors.

Not the best banh mi - Edit
Counter service, fast and a few limited vegan options. However the banh mi was not the best. The tofu didn’t have a lot of flavor and not great bread.

Delicious Food, Cozy Location - Edit
The food was delicious. The menu was well marked for vegans and vegetarians. They have a self-order kiosk which makes it easy to get exactly what you want.

Tasty and convenient - Edit
I had the salad with tofu and a sesame dressing which was really good, the tofu had a lot of flavor. Can be recommended for a quick and easy lunch. Their basil lemonade was nice too.

Tasted Like Paper - Edit
Their vegan option tasted like paper and was not filling. I would not recommend this place.

Tasty - Edit
I had the rice bowl here with tofu. Options for folks with dietary restrictions are clearly marked. Workers were friendly and attentive. I ordered a Thai basil limeade, and the cashier suggested mixing that with the hibiscus iced tea. She gave me a sample of the latter to mix with the former. Yum!

Cons: More flavors of tofu would be nice
