Treasure island Gimbap
Personally think it’s not as good as the Gimbap place close to EWHA/Boxsquare
Yeongmi (not on happy cow yet).
But decent option when craving a quick snack to go
Pros: Vegan option marked , Takeout quick and easy
Cons: Packaging is aluminum foil, Not as good as other

Yummy kimbap - Edit
This is one of the few places in Mangwon that opens relatively early. We made a morning run here and brought some kimbap back for breakfast. Hits the spot!

Simple yet delicious - Edit
They have two types of Kimbab and we've tried only one of them(the fried tofu one) and it's really tasty. Make sure to bring your own containers if you don't want to create extra waste!

Delicious - Edit
There are two vegan options, but not clearly labeled anywhere. The sign outside says vegetarian/vegan, so I said vegan and it seemed to work, even though the staff didn't make a lot of effort to communicate.

Nice kimbap - Edit
The kimbap is prepared fresh in front of you. One roll was enough for dinner for me, but they kept well until the next day for a picnic. Both vegan options were tasty and very cheap.

it’s nice to find a kimbap place with vegan as the option.
Read morei got the 보물 (treasure) kimbap but i found it quite bland. they do make it fresh in front of you and it comes out warm, which is great.
i’d perhaps try the other version next time.

Yum! - Edit
Grabbed a fried tofu gimbap to go bc I was in the neighborhood. I was nervous bc I read that they’ve messed it up here b4, and I’ve had my fair share of messed up gimbap orders living in Seoul! But I specified no egg no fish when ordering and the man said, yes vegan. And it was good! Love that there’s another place to get vegan gimbap. I’ll definitely be back.

Convenient and delicious - Edit
The kimbap here is definitely better than your average vegan kimbap but not the best. Its refreshing to be able to order it without explaining what to remove etc. The rolls are stuffed with veggies so its quite filling compared to other places
Read morePersonally I like the 우엉 variety more than the yubu. The yubu is a little too salty and i feel lacks some acidic flavors but its still good.

Be careful - Edit
Careful when you eat there. Although I ordered one of their vegan Kimbaps, to my disappointment, it contained crab meat.

Convenient vegan-friendly Kimbap - Edit
This place is located on the road to Mangwon Market and makes all kinds of Kimbap fresh and for take-out. They have a couple of Kimbaps that are vegan by default and are filled with more ingredients than at other places where you have to ask for non-vegan components to be removed.
Read moreThe Bomulseom Kimbap (보물섬김밥) features fried tofu (유부), while the Jjangaji Kimbap (짱아지김밥) contains radish pickles. There is also a Mini Jjangaji Kimbap that can be made vegan.
It's best to say up front that your order is vegan, so they don't use egg or other animal-based ingredients.
Prices for a large roll of Kimbap starts at 3000 KRW, and there are also mini Kimbaps for less money.
