lots of organic vegan food

Delicious food, nice staff... A romantic place for diner, or to drink wine with friends and eat something healthy. Two daily dishes and some extra a la carte.

Pros: Lots of vegan options

Cons: Medium expensive

Really enjoyed this restaurant!

IF you're visiting Ljubljana just for a couple of days, you want to include Taman in your itinerary :) The food was excellent, the decor is lovely and service friendly and fast.
There's no English menu, but the waiter will translate for you. It's near the main square, just a few minutes walk, on a small shopping street. Quite easy to find.

Pros: Good food, Good service, Convenient location

Extremely positive experience

This gem is "hidden" in center of Ljubljana. Restaurant is brand new and atmosphere there is relaxing (nice chillout music). Staff is extremely friendly and educated about what they serve. My girlfriend wanted gluten free dish and it was no problem at all. We were also happy to try out new Slovenian wine from Rodica - it tasted heavenly and food pairing was just on point. Girlfriend ate gnocchi with wild garlic, coconut cream and vegan parmesan and I tried out Viola bulgur which was made with beetroot cream - my mouth was full of earthy flavours, I have never tasted something like that, compliment to the chéf. For dessert we had raw coffe cake and fruit bowl with Slovenian chocolate ice-cream.

Pros: Food, Staff, Atmosphere

Cons: It should be located near Ljubljanica river
