Tolles Restaurant mit vegetarischen und veganen Optionen. Die Auszeichnung in der Karte ist gut. Die Bedienung war nett und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war gut. Es gab eine Bowl und den üblichen veganen Burger. Dabei zu erwähnen, dass das Patty aus rote Beete hausgemacht war.

Good place for vegan food - Edit
One of the few restaurants with vegan options in town. I had the beetroot burger which was excellent. The waitress apologized for not giving me a cookie to go with my coffee with plant milk, because the cookies weren't vegan. Very thoughtful, usually waiters just add a cookie without thinking.

Er was genoeg vegan keuze, divers en de optie om een gerecht vegan te laten maken. Zelfs kinderporties mogelijk. Erg lekker gegeten met fijne bediening voor een zacht prijsje.

Super lecker, tolle Auswahl und sehr freundliches Personal! - Edit
Da es uns im Uppu so gut gefallen hat, sind wir zwei Tage hintereinander dort essen gegangen. Wir hatten unterschiedliche vegane Gerichte, darunter die Sauerländer Ofenkartoffeln mit Champignons, den veganen Burger, die Buddha Bowl und Zimtschnecken.
Read moreJedes Gericht war unglaublich lecker. Die Portionsgrößen sind super und die man merkt, dass hochwertige Zutaten verwendet werden. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich, trotz dessen dass dort viel los war. Auch auf das Essen mussten wir nie lange warten.
Definitiv einen oder mehrere Besuche wert!

Sehr nettes Restaurant mit leckeren veganen Optionen - Edit
Wir waren zwei Abende hintereinander dort und haben drei verschiedene vegane Gerichte ausprobiert (Ofenkartoffeln, Buddha Bowl und Burger), die alle sehr lecker und empfehlenswert waren.

Zum Abschluss wurde dann noch eine vegane heiße Schokolade zubereitet.

It's quite hard to find vegetarian/vegan food in Winterberg. Often it's only nudels with mushrooms. Uppu offers some more options.

Delicious vegan food - Edit
The Bistorant Uppu in the center of Winterberg offers some vegan options. We tried the burger beetroot patty and the Buddha bowl. Both tasted very good. The service was also good and friendly. You should make a reservation as the restaurant is well attended. Additional seats are available on the terrace.

You can sit comfortably outside. The stuff is very friendly and the prices are more than fair. They’ve got some vegan labeled options. I had the baked potatoes with mushrooms, it was very delicious.
