Cute and quirky - Edit
Has become my favorite spot to pop in while visiting San Diego. They have home-made syrups, vegan latte options, and vegan pasties. They are so good. It’s also in a great location with outdoor seating in Liberty station and a great place to stop after a morning walk. .

Vegan Pastries & Donuts! - Edit
While at Liberty Station, I stumbled across Bird Rock. I had seen the name before on HappyCow, so I decided to get a drink. While ordering, I noticed some pastries that looked familiar (Split), so I asked if they were vegan. The barista happily told me the whole second row was vegan, which was about half of all the pastries they had! I ordered a coconut key lime donut, cinnamon roll, and matcha (with oat milk). The matcha was tasty. I am usually not a cake donut girl, but the key lime coconut flavor was sooo good. My boyfriend liked his cinnamon roll as well. I wish they labeled the vegan options or mentioned it somewhere, but the staff was very friendly and vegan-aware.
