Outstanding Vegan Sushi and Spring Rolls - Edit
This is the full service version of Beyond Sushi - several other locations are tiny with limited seating but this gives you the option of full table service and a larger menu. Friendly service, incredibly creative and complex combinations of vegan sushi (I do not miss the fish). A casual sit down place with wait staff. Kosher note: Most wines served here are not kosher although the food is.

Amazing — it’s so nice to have the sushi flavor without needing to hurt any fish ❤️ The flavors are great, the food is fresh, the service is super fast, and it’s just a great place to be.

The cheesecake, though, was unreal. I’ve never had good vegan cheesecake before, and I was so happy to find this. You can tell it’s made in house.

I may have picked the wrong things, but some of the sushi was so-so for me. I loved the zalmon, but felt that the mushroom sushi didn't have much flavor. Still, there is a lot on this menu, and I would love to come back and try more.

Stopped in to try their newly expanded menu including Fried Chick’n Bao and Buffalo cauliflower. The sushi and dumplings were always wonderful, but the cauliflower was outta this world…spicy and sweet.perfection.

Sooooooooooooo good! Must try if you are in the area. Fun place to go with a group and order lots of stuff. I tried the ginger beef dumplings, fried chicken bao, spicy jackfruit crab roll, and mushroom roll. Everything was amazing and the service was great too. Our server gave great recommendations. I recommend their spicy mango margarita and the spicy crab rolls the most but everything was great.

The absolute best vegan sushi in the city! Also the best burger out there. Far better than an impossible or a beyond burger. Fresh & delicious. So good! Excellent tacos. I’m sure my non-vegan friends would love these tacos. Food here is so good, healthy, tasty, & not greasy!

Best “PAZOOKIE” ever. - Edit
Their turn on the known bj’s brewery “PAZOOKIE” that’s not how they name it but it’s a cookie with icecream on it, peanut sauce and peanuts. OMG!! I had to order another to go. ALL THE SUSHI’s are fantastic and their burger was great. The feta cheese looks unmelted but melts in your mouth! The only meal I was NOT a fan of was the the ravioli—bitter and not a fan.

We had a meatball sub that was simply amazing. We ordered hummus appetiser with a baked to order garlic bread. The taquitos were crispy and delicious. We also got the pasta with meatballs which we loved. I heard their ‘tuna’ salad sandwich made of jackfruit is also a killer. It is almost unfortunate that people assume that this place is about sushi. It is far and beyond that. I highly recommend going in and though their sushi is great , order from these new great selections of dishes that really displays a level of cooking and creativity that is a godsend for us Vegans.

Delicuous vegan food so well presented. Since there are covid limitations in NY, we ordered food for take away, and went to Bryant Park, which is in 3 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed mushrooms dumplings, sushi rolls were fine but not overlydelicious. Very conveniently packed, good job!

I had the Smokes Kale Ravioli was Amazing Taste! Wish I got more ravioli though, only got 5. For dessert got the Cinnamon Rolls, thought I was getting multiple but just got 1 but looking back on menu they also forgot the caramel sauce too. Bummer.

This was a fabulous dining experience on multiple levels. Fast (like blink of an eye), friendly service, casual vibe but high end presentation and delicious but affordable. I got the Sweet Tree and the Spanakopita, and washed it down with a watermelon mint lemonade. I’ll be back!
