The only health food shop in the far north of Germany to open seven days a week. 100% vegetarian and vegan products - everything you need including many organic products, soy products, and typical German sausages (meat-free). A pleasant calm atmosphere in the middle of Bremen central station. Many healthy snacks and drinks available to go, and if you need dietary advice from the staff they are specially trained. Open Mon-Fri 07:00-22:00, Sat 08:00-21:00, Sun 08:00-22:00.

Small organic store at Bremen main station. - Edit
It is a small organic store at Bremen main station that I often visit during my travels to buy snacks. It includes a bakery, where the vegan products are clearly labeled. The shop also offers several other vegan products.

Regular health food store - Edit
This place is now called Reformhaus Bacher (again?). Fairly regular "reformhaus" health food. The baked goods (croissants for example) were on the expensive side (around 3 EUR).

Pros: good location

vegetarischer laden - Edit

Breakfast - Edit
It's your typical reform store, but... they have a very wide range of vegan (and veggie) breakfast options.
Read moreSeveral vegan croissants, bread rolls and pastries.
Several veggie croissants and cookies.
They also serve coffee and tea.
They don't have any seating, but you can sit in and outside of the trainstation. Or with a little walk you can sit in a lovely park.
Pros: Lots of vegan breakfast options
Cons: No seating

Usual healthfood store, handy location - Edit
Regarding what's on offer, this is rather a usual health food store, selling some vegan stuff like spreads, soy products, bars, chocolate etc. The big plus is the location, right inside the train station, so you can stock up on vegan products while you're on the go!
Read moreApart from that, I agree with the previous poster: The shop is rather crowded and the aisles very narrow, but as space is very limited here, it's ok.
Pros: Handy location inside the train station, Vegan items on offer
Cons: Very small and narrow, Many non-vegan items

Convenient location, but a bit on the crowded side - Edit
This place is right in the train station and offers a range of products similar to the "Reformhaus" shops throughout Germany, including many vegetarian and vegan alternatives to standard supermarket food. In contrast to those, it offers more items that meet travellers' needs, such as juices in smaller bottles. I wouldn't describe the atmosphere as "pleasant calm" because the aisles are narrow, and the store can get quite frequented by customers in a hurry. But if you compare it with the whizzy remainder of the train station, then yes, it's indeed quieter. There's a large bakery counter with lots of fresh bread, rolls, pastries and cookies whose ingredients are clearly declared. Unfortunately, most of the pastries are not vegan.
Read morePros: wide choice, including many veg*n items, fresh bakery products, suits travellers' needs
Cons: narrow aisles, can be crowded, vegan pastry choice could be improved
