Bold flavors. Big love. Eagle Rock’s plant-based gem. 🌱 - Edit
BeeWali’s Vegan AF in Eagle Rock is one of those rare spots that gets it right—every time. Co-owned by Wali and Bee, this place is all heart, all hustle, and all flavor. From their iconic vegan kabobs to the deeply satisfying bowls and wraps, you can taste the love in every bite. The energy is welcoming, the food is bold, and the mission is clear: make vegan food that slaps.

Vegan Heaven Alert! - Edit
Beewali's Westside location is a game-changer! Their kabob plate blew me away, and the curry fries are addictively perfect. Loved the steak Mediterranean bowl with creamy tahini dressing – even non-vegans raved about their meals. Salmon plate? Flaky, juicy nostalgia on a dish! Staff radiates warmth, though street parking’s tricky. Already planning my next visit to devour the entire menu. Pros: Flavor-packed vegan/veg options, friendly service. Cons: Limited parking. A must-try for plant-based foodies! 🌱✨

I had the steak Mediterranean bowl and the steak was great, as was the hummus and tahini dressing. My Omni friend really liked her medi bowl as well. A great lunch spot.

Vegan Salmon!! - Edit
I called in advance to make sure that there were options for me because I’m allergic to gluten and sesame and they assured me that they could modify their menu options to accommodate me. I ordered the vegan salmon plate and it was so realistic and extremely delicious and filling! I already can’t wait to go back.

Great vibes and generous portions - Edit
This is a great spot to catch up with friends. Diner vibes with generous portions!! We loved everything we tried, which included the buffalo chicken wings, loaded curry fries and the torta. Menu is via QR code: https://www.hotplate.com/beewaliveganaf/7e600556-1df1-48f0-bac5-70eaf99efd14

Big AF Portions - Edit
I liked the diner aesthetic and vibe this place had. The place is small and it seems to get busy. The prices are high, but man the portions are also huge so I can’t complain too much there.
Read moreIn terms of taste, I found it lacking a little. If you’re not a big mediterranean food person, you’ll might not have the same observation. I did visit Mazal (where I had my mind blown) a week before coming here, but if I didn’t I probably would’ve thought it was p good! #Veganuary

Excellent Mediterranean and great service. - Edit
I really love BeeWali. This is a family run place and you really feel the love in their home cooking. I’ve eaten curries and gyros- all vegan. Great hummus- my Israeli partner says they nail it. The prices are fair because the potions are generous. They are 100% committed vegans. I think you could take any non vegan here and they’d enjoy it. Highly recommend.

The best in Eagle Rock. - Edit
Absolutely love this place. The owners are so personable, lovable people and their menu is creative and bursting with a wide variety of flavor that really filled a void in the city’s vegan world. Their lamb masala is probably one of the top five best dishes in all of Los Angeles. I see Marc Maron here a lot.
Read moreI will say the space is cute, but small and can easily become cramped, so I hope to see the day they upgrade to an even bigger location—they honestly deserve it.
Pros: Owners are so friendly, Creative food, Lotsa gluten-free
Cons: Tiny spot that crowds easily

OMG SO DELICIOUS!!!! - Edit
We were lucky to find this restaurant was open on a Sunday. I believe their hours were 1-6pm. I was excited to try vegan kebab. I hada kebab parte. My husband had the “chicken” shawarma. It did take a while to prepare the order but it was very much worth the wait. OMG the texture! The taste! It was heavenly. I want to try everything on their menu- especially the curry fries!

Ya'll BeeWali's Vegan AF. JUST. GO. NOW. My sis lives in Eagle Rock, and I think we are in love with this place! She cracked up how I knew about it, before her.
Read moreMom, sis, and I went for lunch. We decided to share a variety.
🌱Curry fries - perfect heat, flavor
🌱Potato Samosa - crunchy, potato deliciousness, the sauce, we got 4, got a pic of one lol
🌱Hummus & pita - Hummus is smooth, hint of garlic. Pita was warm, soft, fluffy.
🌱Chik'n Shwarma plate- Daring chikn, tender, slight crispy edges, flavorful. Jasmine rice - perfect. Sides of hummus, pita, chopped cucumber salad, roasted pepper, cherry tomatoes.
🌱Kabob plate - sigh... flavorful, tender.
Picture of all our leftovers and Mom.
Pros: Quality , Service , Flavorful
Cons: None!

Plus we had to have the potato samosas.
Sis had Chana Masala, mom had falafel plate.
We ordered the salad...hahaha took entire thing too go!
Bee checked on us, I raved about the salmon, and she gave us the background on its addition to the menu.
We told her it's my birthday, and she graciously comped the Apple Pie Samosa- oh my!! Perfection 🥰
It was absolutely delicious, and loved hearing everyone leaving, trying to decide what they want to have next time! 😀

Food, vibes, service great, but expensive - Edit
Got the lamb gyro and chicken shawarma pita, both come with fries. The lamb was the star - taste and texture were solid, and the huge pile of fries it comes with were crispy and beautifully seasoned. The chicken shawarma was pretty good, it got finished but much less enthusiastically than the lamb.
Read moreThe rest of menu looks amazing, but honestly at $55 for just two sandwiches and fries (by far the least expensive menu items) we probably can't afford to explore their menu much more. I'd love to see a place like this that didn't have such an absurd vegan tax but hey, it's LA.

Pros: The food!, Small intimate friendly place, Loved the owner and server staff
Cons: Absurd Prices - LA vegan super upcharge special, No customer bathroom?, The prices, seriously

I love this place, and I love the people who run this place. The food is amazing, full of amazing fusion flavor. But I think the experience of sitting with your friends and chatting with Bee and Wali, the owners, is great. They have a way of making you feel seen and special. It's honestly a wonderful place and really deserves to be checked out!
