Vegan food vendor operating inside of the pub since 2015. Menu offers seitan doner, hot dog, and fries. Order at the bar. The Hope is a music-led, watering hole with always tunes on the stereo, and above it is the 150-capacity venue that has been a part of the Brighton music scene since its days as the legendary Lift. Kids welcome until 8pm. Delivery via UberEats and Deliveroo. Open Mon-Tue 12:00-21:00, Wed-Thu 17:00-21:00, Fri-Sun 12:00-21:00.

Dinner for six

We brought non vegans and vegetarians and everyone loved it

Pros: All vegan , It’s in nice pub , Great location and price

Rateeeee!!!!

I really like beezlebab for many reasons. The food, the atmosphere and the fact I feel safe knowing everything is vegan, even the alcohol. Their pengest poppers are my personal favourite. The portion sizes are adequate and I always leave feeling full. I always find it hard when I visit limiting my order 😭

Best loaded fries I've ever had

Not much else to say but amazing, moreish food. The "cheese" used tastes closest to dairy cheese so far.

The best in Brighton

We honestly can't stop going to this place.

If you like vegan junk food this is the only joint in town worth hitting up.
There are some amazing places in Brighton but this place is delicious, friendly and always mixing it up with new hotdogs, burgers and loaded fries. And they don't serve meat so you won't get "mixed up" like some places in the city.

We happily drive sometimes over an hour after work just to park, eat and drive home and it's worth it every time.

A must visit for every vegan in Brighton.

Vegan madness with chili seitan kebab with tzatziki.

Kombucha, beer, long drinks or shots as desired

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Inside of pub with wonderful atmosphere, Food worth the proces

I love this place!

So tasty!

Staff are friendly and food arrived really quickly. I tried the beezlebab kebab and popcorn chicken. Both were really big portions but finished them with some help from my dog. Loads of choice for food. Tasty alcohol free beers as well.

Completely fell in love!

Very yummy vegan food! I had the burger and it was so cheesy.. my kids even had vegan desserts so they were so happy 💚

Cheap yet big portions n PENG

We got the chilli cheese dog, chicken poppers and meat and chips and all of it was soooooo good. The inside is cute too and the staff are hella nice!

Bit of a dive place; and utterly ‘[censored]’ food - but I mean that in a nice way!

Pure junk food; hangover craving stuff. Don’t eat this often - it’s not healthy! But it tastes good....

Amazing, lively atmosphere

Great for chillin'with a beer and having some "pub" food. Super fun, relaxed atmosphere. Always packed it seems. Free seating so first come, first served. Order at bar and take an order number to your table.

Pros: Great atmosphere, Completely vegan, Fairly priced

The best hot dogs in town

Great hot dogs in town, my favourite is simple version. I will definitely come back. I don't recommend deserts, the Oreo and peanut butter brownies with ice cream . They taste like usual brownies, you cannot taste peanut butter nor Oreos and ice creams simply lack any flavour and they cost a lot for a scoop.

Cons: Ice creams and brownies not worth it!

Oh You Dirty Vegan

Beelzebab is my favourite food choice when I goto Brighton! I'm excitedly looking forward to going to visit Beelzeburger the next time I am in town. I always walk away well fed and smiling! Thank You Luke!

Buy the PBJ fries

Great vegan hotdogs but for me the stand out dish was the peanut butter and jelly fries. Amazing!! My hot dog was great too, if a little messy to eat. The pub is really quirky, you can sit in an old bath, and had lots of good non alcoholic options for non drinkers.

Pros: Great menu , Quirky location, Good value for money

The best Vegan Kebab

Excellent vegan food at great prices, plus it's served in a great pub/music venue..perfect!! The Kebabs are beyond reproach and the hot dogs are ace too. All food is excellent value for money, my only complaint would be for all their claims to "Hail Seitan" there's not that much Seitan on the menu (Just the Kebab meat, the hot dogs are tofu)

Top notch vegan junk food!

Visited this place when venturing to Brighton. I was newly vegan at the time and was delighted to stuff my face with amazing junk food, no compromises whatsoever on flavour!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Vegan alcohol a plenty , You can buy merch too!

The Best!

The B E S T place I have ever eaten in Brighton. The food is extremely delicious. Every time I am in the area, I am tempted to have my breakfast/lunch and dinner here. It is the best vegan junk food place out there - don't miss.

Incredibly tasty, but not great for coeliacs

Awesome place to go for some vegan junk food: hot dogs, kebabs, poppers, fried gherkins and olives and some really interesting fry toppings.

Unfortunately, there weren't any gluten free options on the menu (other than fries), so I just went for it and ate what I wanted. No regrets.

Cons: no gluten free

Good pub food

Cool pub with a totally vegan menu, featuring mainly hot dogs though. Too bad there aren't burgers as well. The hod dog was good, the loaded fries as well, but not the best I ever had. My friends liked the kebab, even though they tound it a bit spicy. Portions are very big and the staff is very friendly.
