Loooove it - Edit
We love this place so much, it has all the stuff we love from Daikon plus some Thai additions. Favorites are the tom kha, papaya salad, green and Malaysian curries, and the sesame chicken. And the sushi is obviously amazing.

We were welcomed right in and seated promptly. Thankfully no dinner crowd on a Saturday night. We enjoyed our meal and looking forward to returning!

Eggplant & Tofu Perfection - Edit
A decent place, despite its strip-mall location. We started with garlic edamame (great flavor), followed by pad Thai and spicy eggplant with tofu. The eggplant was perfectly cooked and the tofu was some of the best I've had: moist and flavorful inside and slightly crunchy outside. I didn't care for the fried starchy chunks in the pas thai and would have preferred tofu chunks. Also, there was too much oil, which we expressly requested to leave out. I wish we'd known they had black rice, which was noted in reviews & photos, but not on the menu. Very friendly service!

Cons: Too much oil, despite requests not to add any, Somehwat limited Thai menu

Love it - Edit
We love this place. The last time we went to LV was about 3 yrs ago. We tried Daikon Sushi at that time. We are trying this restaurant now that is the sister restaurant of Daikon.
Read moreWe ordered more of Thai style of dishes instead of the sushi rolls. We got Satay, Tom Ka Soup, Nigiri Sushi, Basil Eggplant and Tofu with Black Rice, Malaysian Curry with Black Rice, and Molten Lava Cake for a dessert. Their portions are big. Thus, we took leftovers to our hotel.
Pros: Taste, Presentation , Variety

Once wasn’t enough - Edit
This place lived up to the previous reviews and was good enough to warrant a second visit the next day. The setting is casual (they’re in a strip mall and do take out as well as in house dining) but the food is excellent. We definitely recommend the salt and pepper “Calamari” (deep fried oyster mushroom) and the curry ramen. And don’t forget to top it off with the mango sticky rice for dessert.

I'm a fan of Daikon and wanted to try this place since it opened. We were finally in the neighborhood, thank goodness.
Read moreMy omni husband and my vegan self tried the spring rolls, sesame chicken, pad thai, and curry katsu. Although the curry was a bit hot for my Midwestern tastes, it was all delicious, and even my husband, a pad thai fanatic, said he'd return.
If you like Daikon's sushi, many of the rolls are on the menu here.
The molten chocolate cake is rich and delicious!
We will be back.
Pros: Varied menu, Great atmosphere, Easy parking & friendly service
Cons: A bit salty, Take out: cold food was packed with hot

This was so freakin’ good. I’m continually amazed by the vegan food Vegas has to offer. I had the tropical dragon roll and garlic albacore, my dining partner got the crunchy California roll, and we shared the calamari and satay. All delicious!!

Had to check out the new Thai dishes added to Daikon menus. Was very happy with satay and tom yum. Would love to see vegan fish sauce on the tables, or vegan nam prik. The papaya salad is a monthly special and really hope it stays on the menu, just needs a little vegan fish sauce in it!
