Great banh mi!

A small restaurant down an alley with delicious banh mi and more! They also ask you to bring refillable water bottles and don’t use plastic bottles there for environmental reasons.

Delicious dumbling

I liked the fried dumbling, and staff is very kind. He gave me pieces of orange style fruit.

lovely

Loved everything about this place. In a tiny alley, out of someone’s family home (I believe!), and the service is so warm and friendly. The food was fast and delicious. Perfect. I hope we get to swing by again before we leave Hanoi!

Good local vegan food

We shared the mixed Bahn mi and mixed noodles. Both were very yum. The bahn mi had a good amount of filling. The noodles were nice and fresh, but I've given a 4 out of 5 because I feel the skimped on the toppings (didn't add very much of each thing). I would recommend to try it out though.

Great vegan street food

We came here three times in our four days in Hanoi and tried almost everything on the menu. So nice to find authentic and delicious vegan street food!

It‘s hidden away in a tiny alley but not hard to find if you know where to look.

Pros: Authentic, Good prices, Delicious food

Tiny restaurant, good food

Very tiny family-run restaurant. Recommended if you want to visit an authentic, not touristy restaurant, but still want to eat vegan. Very friendly staff and extremely affordable! Banh mi was good, could be more flavorful.

Great banh mi

We tried two different banh mi, but recommend the standard ‘mixed protein’ one, as this was the best. It had some v good homemade vegan mayo in it. A casual place with some seating inside and outside in the alley. The guy working there was super friendly and the place had a lovely story/ethos for how it became vegan.

Tasty food

A very small family run restaurant that offers a fully vegan menu.

The Pho was tasty but the environment let it down slightly. The restaurant is essentially the family’s front room. It is probably a very authentic Vietnamese eating experience though.

Delicious spring rolls

The place is a bit of a hole in the wall and gets quite busy but it's so cute and the story of the family business is so sweet. I would rate the spring rolls a 5/5 and the bahn mi a 4/5. Although I liked the bahn mi I thought it was missing maybe some herbs or like a housing or pickled component (but maybe that's just what I'm used to in Aus!). Would definitely recommend if you are in the area, we tried the soy protein and the mixed bahn mi.

Family run

A good small menu and nice background vegan story to the place. Liked that it’s family run. Enjoyed the banh mi and had our first pho in Hanoi

Nice service, good food 🧡

A small hidden place with vegan food, you can try different bahn mi and some typical vietnamese food.
We loved:
-Pho (Hot noodle soup)
-Mixed noodles (cold noodles)
-Crispy pillow dumpling
The owners are super friendly. We recommend the place!

Very cheap, great banh mi

We had two tofu ball bahn mis and the crispy pillow dumplings. Both were delicious and only cost 100VND in total. Felt very authentic sitting on the street too. Would really recommend. There's no drinks on the menu but there's a street vendor within the outdoor seating who you can get drinks from

Pros: Lots of choices , Lots of flavour, Very cheap

Would like to love the food as much as their story!

Loved the place and their story. I ordered spring rolls and a falafel bahn mi, but it just wasn't as good as expected after reading all the reviews. Would still recommend and will probably go back to try some other meals.

Came back for the dumplings and pho. The dumplings are amazing!

So glad we went

The Bahn Mi with tofu balls and peanut sauce was superior to any of the other Bahn Mi's we had here in Hanoi! The mixed Bahn Mi was a bit bland unfortunately. The fried dumpling was amazing though so overall this place is very much worth the visit.

We thought it would be difficult to find, but as soon as we looked lost a street vendor pointed us in the right direction!
