Horrible Experience - Edit
Yesterday, I wanted to enjoy a relaxed meal at the BANK with a friend. Unfortunately, the visit turned into an absolute nightmare. Although many tables were free, we were not seated. After waiting a long time, we finally seated ourselves at a table without a reservation sign.
Read moreShortly afterwards, a staff member responsible for seating came to our table, insulted us and our behaviour, and vehemently demanded that we move to another table – without any apparent reason. She did not respond to our constructive suggestions. Her only option was essentially: “Either to the other table or out.”
Since we did not feel welcome, we decided to leave. We explained to her that we had expected respectful treatment and felt very uncomfortable. Her reaction was loud and aggressive. She hardly let us finish speaking and repeatedly shouted, “Out!” and “Get out!”
Outside, another staff member approached us and asked what had happened. While we were trying to explain it to him, the aforementioned staff member also came outside, loudly interrupted us, and grabbed my friend by the arm.
This overstepping and violent behaviour, along with the condescending tone from the very beginning, made us wonder whether racist motives may have played a role – my friend is a Person of Color.
We told the staff member that her behaviour was absolutely unacceptable and that the BANK had just lost two guests.
My friend and I both work in the service industry and know how important it is to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward clients at all times – not only for the company’s image but because every person deserves to be treated fairly and with dignity.

The falafel were a bit dry, otherwise the fpod was great. However, this place got expensive, even considering it's in the center.

They have a unique style of middle eastern inspired sharing dishes now with quite a few creative options.

Cool place for food & drinks - Edit
A good range of vegan option (starter, main dish, dessert). Nice atmosphere indoor and outsoor. This place used to be a banking house (where it name comes from).
