Good but not the best - Edit
Ate here for a quick brekky most days and the vegan options were good. However, we found better and more authentic vegan bahn mi throughout the rest of the country, so in hindsight this one seems quite overrated and caters for tourists.

Massively overrated - Edit
The Bahn Mi at Bahn Mi Longhoi are miles superior, cheaper, and you won't have to queue for 25 minutes.

Very yummy!! - Edit
Staff weren’t so sure what vegan meant, we almost walked away because we weren’t sure if they had vegan options, but then we saw a sticker on the glass saying they did have vegan options! After looking at some reviews on happy cow we realised they had two options. We got the mushroom & tofu Banh Mis, SO yummy!! Would go again.

Best banh mi! - Edit
This was definitely the best vegan banh mi I have had in hanoi. Good serving size. Bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. I got the mushroom and tofu and I added mushroom floss onto it (imitation pork floss) which was awesome!

Not worth my money - Edit
Newly-updated menu after covid-19 pandemic with less vegan options and higher price. King oyster mushroom banh mi is for those who like spicy flavor. Tofu banh mi with pickled veggies was not flavorful as I'd expected.

Pros: Nice, clean and cozy restaurant, Good service, Easy to find

The place doesn't have many vegan option and it's quite expensive (35-40k for a Banh mi).

5 star quality - Edit
There is currently only 2 VG options but more are apparently coming soon! The Veggie/VG options are marked clearly on the menu. The staff here are super friendly and the food comes out very quickly. I had the Banh Mi Chao with mushrooms and tofu and it was delicious! The bread comes out freshly cooked and warm. I’ll definitely be coming back for more happiness.

Tasty lunch option - Edit
The vegan tofu Banh Mi is excellent. This became one of my regular lunch spots in Hanoi during my time there. On my way out of town I stopped here again and bought a two more for the road and packed them on my motorbike. This came in real handy as I found myself in rural North Vietnam with no vegan options available for long stretches.

Unreal - Edit
The banh mis here are so good. We’ve tried every veggie one now and they’re all great. Tofu is definitely the best, it’s almost southern fried. They also sell cocoa with coconut milk hot or iced and it is so nice!

lovely snack - Edit
best bahn mi place. they have 3 vegan options I think. I had the tofu bahn mi and they put carrots and cucumber inside, because I did not want chilli and coriander (30k). nice staff, not the best english. Nice lemon juice. The sandwich itself was honestly the beeeeest!! love it, would always come back!!

I had the tofu banh mi and it was really good. They also have several more options, some with oyster mushroom - yet to try it! It’s a good option in the middle of old town quarter.

Tasty Banh Mi! - Edit
I visited the takeaway stand and they preferred my sandwich to order. I had the tofu, which was deep fried tofu with fresh salad and herbs. The bread was nice and crusty. 30K.

Best banh in Vietnam - Edit
Best banh I’ve had in Vietnam (and I was in Hanoi, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh)! Went twice for the oyster mushroom and garlic stir fry, asked for extra avocado and it was just incredibly tasty, really delicious. Fast service and they seemed to understand English. They have several locations in the city.

Tasty and filling - Edit
I had the non-GMO tofu, my fiance had the king oyster&garlic as well as a free-range egg one. I LOVED mine, the seasoning was great, tender tofu, the bread was not dry like at street food places. The mushroom was a delicious flavour but not something we would have in a sandwich again. Didnt try the egg one myself but partner says it is really good. Price was good for quality.
