Great banh mi! - Edit
This is up there with one of my favourite banh mi so far! Cute spot, friendly staff, and fresh food. A good selection of vegetarian banh mi and the iced coconut coffee was the absolute best! Would rate a 5 ⭐️

Große Auswahl an veganen Banh Mi. Hatte den mit Tofu und Oyster Mushroom - Sehr lecker! Bestellt wird bei einem kleinen Stand und essen kann man in dem Lokal gegenüber mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. War um 14 Uhr da und es war sehr gut besucht.

Three locations in the same street. We ordered at the 'take away' stand, after that we could wait inside. Has some vegan options on the menu. Would recommend for a quick bite.

There are three banh mi 25s next to each other. One is just a stall and the other two are full restaurants. Staff confirmed they were all the same company.

I had the bahn mi with avocado and tofu here and it was really good. The Bahn Mi was freshly made, warm and the baguette was crispy. Exactly how it’s supposed to be.😋 It was worth waiting in the line.

Wasn't expecting to see this listed on Happy Cow since there were only a small amount of vegan/vegetarian options but, we were aware that they served some veggie Banh Mi's and intended to go anyway, so happy to detail our experience here!
Read moreThe location basically has two restaurant-y/cafe sit-down rooms that you can eat in but all the orders come from the same, basic sandwich takeaway shop. We got our Banh Mi to take away and it took a long time because of the amount of orders coming from the three different ordering points.
One of the negatives was that our sandwich was not served that hot, it was lukewarm and given to us in a bit of a rush. However, the taste of it. Hmm. Talk about making up for it! Compared to other Banh Mi's we tried, this was the one that wasn't afraid to put some greens in there and pack in some natural flavour. There was so much coriander and it was SO welcome. The chilli sauce they used was really hot.
I know there are dedicated vegan banh mi stalls out there, but it's hard to believe that there's one that produces something tastier than what Banh Mi 25 is offering. Even if you just grab one to take out, you have to give it a try if you're in the area.
Pros: Full Of Coriander And Freshness., Chill Sauce Had A Real Kick., Price Is Great.
Cons: Slow Service. Waiting A While., Sandwich Wasn't Served As Hot As We'd Like.

The place is very clean and the presentation of the Bahn mi is sleek and simple. I had the tofu and mushroom bahn mi, which had no depth of flavour and was overall quite plain. All in all not worth the hype and just overpriced.

Try the tofu, eggs and mushroom dish! - Edit
The tofu bahn mi was great but a little small for a dinner, and we also tried the dish of tofu, eggs and mushrooms with bread, which I'd definitely recommend. I got two bread rolls with it which were perfect for mopping up the delicious juices. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good.

I got a vegan Banh Mi here because the reviews were pretty hot. But I was really disappointed. It was pretty flavourless and plain. There’s far better vegan Banh Mi in Hanoi if you’re after the true vegan Banh Mi experience. Checkout An Bread & Cafe (not far from St Joseph’s Cathedral). Truly the best Banh Mi I’ve had in all of Vietnam.
