Serves meat, vegan options available. A small charming cafe with very strong emphasis on local ingredients and suppliers. Serves several choices for vegan sandwiches, burgers, and salads, as well as non-dairy milks for coffee. Also sells artisan food products from nearby producers. Good VLT - Edit
Delayed review based on visit January 2025: There were only two vegan options available on the Saturday I visited. I enjoyed the taste of my VLT filling however the bread was a bit too stale and scratched my mouth and left crumbs everywhere. We were lucky to get seats as the place is very tiny and cramped. As it was we were on tiny stools which felt like we were on kids chairs (not in a fun way). Great to see the support for Palestine. Not a write-off, but I won't be returning any time soon. Recommend if you happen to be in the area.

Lots of options - Edit
Lots of veggie and vegan options. The menu changes from a weekday to weekend. During the week there is a veggie ciabatta, vegan falafel, vegan soup, VLT and various vegan and veggie sandwich specials that change weekly. At the weekend there is a vegan and veggie white pudding option, a VLT (which I enjoy), a veggie ciabatta and a veggie version of the brunch burger they do. They also have a lot of non dairy milks on offer.

Tiny place, some options, prob best for takeout - Edit
They’ve a few vegan toasties/sandwiches. I had the VLT but the “bacon” tasted strange. Bit of a crusty and alty vibe in the place and very tiny. Friendly and quick service

Delicious vegan BLT - Edit
Love the vegan BLT (VLT) here- I get it quite regularly. It’s served in a ciabatta with vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato and bacon made from coconut flakes. Very unusual meat substitute and while it doesn’t taste anything like bacon, I think it tastes great!
Read moreThey always have a vegan special sandwich on top but I’ve never tried this. Very cool shop overall with a strong ethos and nice products.
Pros: Delicious VLT, Cool shop
Cons: Slightly pricey, Could have more vegan bakes
