Tolle große Auswahl an Toast, Sandwiches, Kuchen, Eis und warmen Gerichten. Beim Eis gab es sogar Sorten wie Kinder Bueno, Lotus und Pistachio Cheesecake. Alles vegan😄Wer ist der Gegend ist, sollte unbedingt mal vorbei schauen, es lohnt sich! 😊

Wir waren 2 Wochen auf Gran Canaria und sind so gerne zu ihnen gekommen. Super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Auf Wunsch konnte man auch glutenfrei bestellen. Alles war sehr lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet. Wir lieben die Crepes mit Alex's selbstgemachter Nuss-Schoko-Creme. So viele verschieden Eissorten, die wir missen werden, die es leider in Deutschland SO nicht gibt. Schön cremig und nicht zu süß. So eine tolle Auswahl, wir waren immer begeistert. Sehr gute Auswahl an Tartelletes. Aber auch das Herzhafte war sehr lecker, tolle Sandwiches, Tortilla, Toasts und vieles mehr. Wir haben dieses Cafè und das Personal ins Herz geschlossen. Ihr seid super, macht weiter so. Wir sehen uns bald wieder. Tanti saluti da Giovanna e Niklas.

Just outside the main tourist area on a local street, this vegan Italian-run bakery is simply a delight. Ate with omnis who were equally impressed. Lots of savoury and sweet options. An absolute must visit.

Genuinely couldn't believe how much of a saviour this was. Not only was the menu extensive, fun, and all vegan, but everything we had was fantastic. The crepe was a highlight, but all the cakes and ice cream were unbelievable too. Absolutely made our trip.

The staff was so lovely and helpful. I had a tofu avocado sandwich that was delicious, and a tropical colada smoothie, everything was great. It's a small place with seats outside and it was very nice to seat outside and get some sun while having a smoothie, and the food was definitely worth it. Only stayed in Gran Canaria for a few days but visited Bakery Giusy multiple times. Would definitely go back 100%

We went here after a hike and in not so good mood because of the attitude towards vegans in our hotel cuisine. And this place lifted our moods! Nice service, good salty and sweet food, amazing choice of ice cream. You definitely should go!

We love this place. They offer an array of delicious pastries, but also some of the most delicious vegan ice-cream I have ever had (including amarena - which I rarely see in a vegan version), and a great range of burgers, hot dogs, baguettes, pancakes, waffles and so on.

They don’t overly advertise their fully vegan credentials and we saw many people buying and enjoying ice-creams and cakes presumably not recognising the absence of animal products!

During a seminar the day before yesterday, my mate Daniel, a vegan for some 35 years, was (unofficially) deemed "the most effective activist in Sweden". As such, when this guy provides suggestions, in this case for Gran Canaria, you listen.
Read moreAmong his recommendations were a few in Playa del Inglés, so I took the time on my excursion to combine everything from breakfast (Calma Café), lunch (Miss Asia) and early dinner (Fusion)... all of it sprinkled with doses of beach and, predictably, sweets. In this last regard, Giusy was no doubt the place to be. Unfortunately they didn't have ice cream, as a freezer was broken, so I went for a sandwich, a tiramisu.. and three pastries that I brought home afterwards (they were kind enough to keep them in the fridge for me, I just dropped by later when heading back to Las Palmas)
I liked everything very much but somehow I still expected more.. However, the items were enthusiastically approved by my omni parents, who could otherwise be the toughest critics.
Also, I contacted Giusy the evening before, as I didn't want to show up the wrong day or at the wrong time, and they were quick to clarify.. so extra points for that customer service. All in all, a sweet experience, if there's ever been one.
