Wish they were in my city - Edit
I love this place. Everything is vegan and they have so many choices. Not only cakes but also baked goods like sweet rolls and croissants (it’s so hard to find vegan ones and theirs are amazing). They also serve coffee and matcha. The place is small but cosy. Staff is very nice and helpful. I visit them every time I’m in Warsaw.

I would love to live next door or above them just to roll over there daily and become a ball of sugar and gluten. This place is excellent. Try everything and then take double that home. Lots of love-such a good place!

Era tutto buonissimo e soddisfacente, le persone che lavorano qui sono molto gentili e ospitali, il locate è molto grazioso.
L'acqua è gratis e i bicchieri neri berla sono di carta, mentre i cucchiaini si legno.
Abbiamo ritirato il dolce appena abbiamo pagato, mentre le bevande ci sono state consegnate al tavolo.

i've been to baja maaany times and i've loved every single visit. the staff is usually quite nice (over the years we've only had one less pleasant interaction, but nothing major), and you can feel the open, queer-friendly atmosphere from a mile away. i like their bun-like sweets the most, such as the cinnamon rolls, which never disappoint. the coffee is always great as well. you can also get unlimited free tap water, which in my opinion should be standard.

I had a foccaia sandwich with oyster mushroom and coleslaw, and my partner had a bagel with tofu scramble and an iced matcha latte with oat milk.

My partners tofu scramble bagel was super yummy too. Nice and filling as well. The matcha latte wasn't the best, it had some clumps of matcha but it was still like a 5/10.
There was outdoor and indoor seating, quite small though.
Lots of sweet treats! Didn't have any but all looked super good. There was a few other sandwiches too.
The pricing was quite fair.
Lots of people ordering so the staff was always busy but service was still really good.

The tastes were really inventive. I ordered something sweet and something savory. The focaccia with pesto and beetroot was delicious, this was perhaps the best sandwich I have ever eaten. The pistacchio bun was soft and tasty, can recommend this as well

I visited them back after several years and they are still and outstanding vegan bakery. This time they have their brick and mortar store, which offers a wide selection of vegan baked goods. A must try!

Amazing food and drinks... But the prices?! 😱 22 PLN for a piece of cake... Wow! I know that vegan baked goods are a speciality, but dayum... I can't compare prices to the ones in regular cafes though.

We had a really nice visit. We tried their ice cream and added blueberries, caramel sauce and peanuts as a topping. It was great, the caramel sauce was “buttery” and didn’t felt like the one you just squeeze from a bottle (I think t was homemade). Then we tried roll filled with cream which was also delicious and pistachio cannoli which wasn’t my taste, but my brother loved it.

Everything looked amazing and I decided on a blueberry tartlet which was nice and creamy on the inside. For most things I wasn't quite sure what to expect (ie is there cream inside etc) so I asked. Since it's all vegan you don't have to worry about unwanted ingredients though.

Absolutely outstanding desserts and pastry. A true must try bakery/café in Poland! It is completely vegan and I don't think there's really a close competitor to this patisserie in Warsaw. We're quite into coffee of choice and this patisserie offers also quality batch brewed coffee. Excellent experience!

I have no clue of what my sandwich contained exactly since it was all written in Polish and the staff wasn’t super at ease with English but that’s fine, cause it was delicious. I did identity that it had the famous Polish cucumber pickle, some sort of vegan cream cheese… delicious. Didn’t try their pastries cause I wasn’t craving anything sweet with the heat but they seemed really good! The cookie was delicious and gluten free. Super friendly staff ❤️

Vegan patisserie full of great vegan pastries. I had the Polish traditional blueberry pastry. Truly amazing, not too sweet, not too sour. There was no AC inside so it was super hot.
