God, how do I even describe this? There is so much heart and soul that clearly went into the cooking of this food. I felt like I was eating at the home of a Palestinian grandmother. The lentil soup literally had me looking like that one scene from ratatouille because it tasted like love in a bowl. The falafel was so savory and well-spiced that it tasted and even looked like a kebab. The dolma was unbelievably good... I never even knew it could be so flavorful before. From now on the average Arabic food vendor's food will taste terrible to me because I'll never forget this place's incredibly high standard. God bless the beautiful people behind this cuisine and culture... they deserve everything and I pray for justice 🍉
