Health-conscious vegan bakery, first began selling at farmers markets, then opened this storefront in summer 2019. Also offers multiple flavors of vegan ice cream. Open Wed-Thu 10:00am-7:00pm, Fri-Sat 10:00am-9:00pm, Sun 10:00am-6:00pm.

I had the most delicious cupcake! It was a special Valentine’s Day treat with a chocolate chip cookie dough filling. I told the owner that I don’t typically like gluten free baked goods and she told me that if I take a bite out of her cupcake and didn’t like it, the cupcake was on her. I love her confidence so I took my cupcake home and hopped on Happy Cow to praise a job well done!
Read moreI also took home a 1/2 pint of the caramelized banana ice cream. I’m impressed that there is no refined sugar added to the products and a good portion of ingredients are fruit and vegetables. I will definitely be back when I’m on that side of town.
Update: Had the apple cider donut and it was SO good. I did not think I would like it but it doesn’t taste tart. It’s sweet and loaded with cinnamon. I also enjoyed the coconut flaxseed milk. Jennifer let me add Mexican vanilla to the unsweetened bottle.

We enjoyed the muffins & brownie bites & the girl at the counter was very friendly but, I was disappointed there was no where to sit and enjoy our food. I also didnt like my coffee.

Awesome Bites Co. now has a store front! The vegan ice cream is so, so good! They even make vegan, gluten free waffle cones in house. The owner and chef, Jennifer, is so smart/knowledgeable and super nice. Stopped in for a celebratory treat (Chocolate olive oil ice cream in a gluten free waffle cone WITH caramel sauce drizzle.... like what?!) and got to talk with the owner. Y’all do not want to miss out on what she is creating!! I also picked up a few treats for the weekend; muffins & a blondie. Ask for samples! Everything is vegan and lots of GF options too. The location can be a little tricky to find but Google Maps took me right to the parking lot.

Awesome Bites had a stall at Eleanora's Farmer's Market. You could sample all of their vegan-GF-allergen free muffins. I got a blondie and it was very tasty.
