Delicious, but insist on making your meal vegan

We absolutely loved the (veganised) Végétarien Du Chef sandwich and the Beignet starters, but we had to go through the options several times to make sure that our order would in fact be vegan. We ended up getting a "formule" meal deal consisting of a starter, a sandwich and a drink for € 9 each.

Do yourself a favour and order the Végétarien Du Chef sandwich (without aioli to veganise it), it absolutely blew our minds. Sooooooo good! The falafel sandwich was nice but not as amazing😄 The Fatayer/spinach Beignet starters with hummus were delicious, and the homemade stuffed vine leaves were simply blissful!

The cook was very friendly and patient, but maybe not entirely up to speed as to what vegan means - we were curious and asked what the rest of the dishes were, at which point he vehemently insisted that we try the chicken liver with labneh (even though we'd explained several times that we don't eat meat). We politely but stubbornly declined and left quickly :)

Lekker eten

Nice building it's very small but adorable. When you first walk in you get very sweet Lebanese thee very special.
