Hit the spot. Not overwhelmingly excellent, but a solid spot for vegan Asian cuisine. Good with veganism, great with allergies and dietary restrictions. Highly recommend the drunken noodles or pad see ewe, they have the thick rice noodles that are heavenly amazing.

Vegan Option @ SAN - Edit
Finding substantial vegan food at the San Diego airport is nearly impossible, but thankfully, HappyCow directed me to Saffron. The menu labeled vegetarian options, and the staff was vegan aware. I ordered the tofu drunken noodles, and it was pretty good. The sauce was a bit sweet, but I was just happy it had tofu and veggies. While I would probably give the food three stars, for the airport, it is a solid option.

Finally vegan food in a US airport - Edit
This is such a rare thing! Fresh vegan food in an airport in the USA. the food was really nice and cooked to order. I went for the spiced tofu stir fry! It blows my mind why more airports don’t offer proper vegan food in America!
