Not Veggie anymore - noted on 27 May 2024

Edit: 27.05.2024 while checking menu and website noted the website says, "the evening bistro menu includes ... speciality chicken dishes." plus their menu has a seafood dish. This is NO LONGER VEGETARIAN but an omni place with a tiny amount of vegan options.
I have emailed the venue to ask them to update their listing here on HC.

Walking to a vegan bar we passed Art Scene and noticed they had a little cafe. Finding the bar closed we popped back to Art Scene to await the bar opening. It was a lovely surprise to find they had vegan options and so settled down to a oat hot chocolate and an oat mocha, with a piece of vegan crumble to share. It was late in the day and the last piece, how lucky were we.
While waiting for the drinks I had a wander around the art shop itself. There was everything you needed to appease your arty desires, and they had books!
The cafe section is at the front, by the door, three tables I think. The art shop also holds workshops so do look out for any that take your fancy, the max per workshop is usually six people, so a lovely number.
Really pleased we found this lovely place.
