Great food, friendly staff - Edit
We had the pleasure of living just across the road from Aromaticus, so we went there a couple of times. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the staff is super friendly. All the food on the menu looks delicious and everything we had was great.

First of all, I don’t understand why the description here says “serves meat” they don’t! It’s a fully vegan/vegetarian menu, mostly vegan actually. The place it’s pretty chill, very accommodating and great service, i had the Texmex burrito and other than not being spicy, it was really good, they also make in house kombucha which was great! We had flagged this vegan restaurant for one of our evenings while in Rome. It’s a lovely venue, light, relaxed. The owner was friendly but gave off a slightly frantic energy even though it was really quiet when we arrived. It got busier but with proper staffing there was no need for that rushed feeling. My sister had spaghettoni with a red papper sauce and i had some delicately flavoured gyoza. Both were really good and the salad was so beautifully presented with flowers, fruit etc. it was a shame to dig in. We asked for bread. No choice of focaccia. I was looking forward to trying their tiramise but itbwas pretty meh. Too runny snd gloopy and lacking any particular flavour. That was a disappointment but the main dishes were really good. Neither of us was keen to go again during our visit. It was expensive for what was delivered, especially when compared with rifugio romano which very obviously has a much better chef.

Fresh food and a lovely atmosphere - Edit
Aromaticus was an all around great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, the restaurant itself is beautifully designed and was it bustling the entire time we were there. The food was fresh and delicious! I had the Caesar wrap, which I really enjoyed! I was in a group of 4 people, we got a variety of dishes (burgers and curries) and we all enjoyed our meals. Well worth checking out!

We went for lunch. The lunch menu is all vegan, this means a lot of options! We had the polenta sticks and the pakora (Indian balls- amazing!!), then the Pita Falafel. It was all very good. I then ordered the banana bread, but it didn’t taste at all like banana.. instead it tasted like coconut! I suggest you to have the brownie, super yummy!!
Read moreWe though it was a vegan restaurant, so when the owner said “with cow milk the coffee tastes better” we were shocked. We then realised (looking for the restaurant here on the app) that it is not vegan. Still, I don’t think is a thing to say in an almost vegan restaurant.

Sono andata a cena con un’amica ed un’altra volta per un aperitivo con dei colleghi. Tutto buonissimo, in particolare le porzioni della cena abbondanti. Io ho preso un wrap con i felafel, servito con delle patate buonissime. Degne di nota tutte le salsine e gli intingoli. Consigliato già ad altri amici vegani, anche loro molto contenti, quindi direi che passa il test a pieni voti. #Veganuary

Restaurant located in Trastevere. The menu is full of vegan options, I think 90-95% of the food is vegan. They have vegan desserts too. Modern place, the food is creative and tasty. I had a tempeh with miso sauce and mushed chickpeas, and a cheesecake. It was all tasty.

The food here is creative and delicious. The pork belly made from beans is amazing and their miso-glazed tempeh is perfect. Such a little gem.

Beautifully located, this place is much bigger than it first seems. As many have written, the food is top notch (we had the pakora and the tempeh wrap). Well worth the extra few bucks. Best food I've had in quite some time!

We found this restaurant randomly and were absolutely amazed by the food. We had the carrot-ginger soup, soba noodles and the cheesecake. Everything was so delicious from start to end. We will definitely come back (probably tomorrow)!

Mostly vegan, menu appealing and unusual selection of wok/salad/burgers, great to have change from (cheese-less) pizza and pasta. We had the wok noodles, yum but small portion (call me greedy?) and generous caesar salad with really tasty tofu cubes. Shared the pakora which were GORGEOUS and accompanied with a really delicious cashew creamy sauce. Recommended.

I had been walking around in the Rome summer heat for hours and was struggling to find a place with serious vegan options near me. I was in for the best surprise when I found Aromaticus. With a cute and fresh internal garden and lots of healthy, filling, vegan options it really turned my day around. The gazpacho was fresh and incredibly tasty, as were the falafel and the fritters (I don't remember the exact name sadly). Highly recommended, I even came back a second time during my holiday.
