No butter chicken and paneer makhani - Edit
We'd say the food is a safe option, the sauces tasted tomatoey not much more flavour (we're from the UK so the food has a lot more flavour)
Read moreBoth the dishes had whole cashews which was a bit strange it would've probably tasted better if it was blended within the sauce and the rest of the sauce was pulpy not smooth which is how we were expecting it to be and came out watery
There were generous portion sizes with rice included for takeaway
Well priced for a safe option and nicely packaged for takeaway
Naan (more on the thin/crispy side and one came out burnt) and bhutuare were nice and soft
Salad was meant to be complementary but wasn't included as takeaway just an fyi

My Indian friends really don't like Amrit. They say it's German Indian food. That might be the case, but I really like it😄

The vegan options are clearly marked in their own section of the menu, as are vegetarian options. The place itself is really pretty, and the staff wete very attentive and helpful. The waiter spotted us using Google lens to translate the menu and offered us a menu in English! The vegan curries cone with rice and salad, all delicious. We also opted for wholewheat roti. Very good value, excellent portion sizes. Highly recommended.

There was a separate vegan section on the menu with lots of different options, including 2 vegan chicken curries. Service was great, and it was really affordable as the portion sizes were very large.

Aufgrund einer Werbung bei Instagram zum Veganuary bin ich nach langer Zeit mal wieder ins Amrit gegangen und war mehr als positiv überrascht.
Read moreWir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und trotz eines gut besuchten Restaurants haben wir einen Platz bekommen. Das Personal war trotz des Stresses gelassen, aber auf Zack. Ich hatte das „Goan Masala Planted“ und als Nachtisch das „Kokos Kheer“. Das Hauptgericht wurde mit Reis und Salat serviert. Die Portion war groß und hat mir ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Die Soße war sehr cremig und leicht scharf. Der Nachtisch war ein köstlicher Abschluss. Ich hoffe, dass das Angebot weiter ausgebaut wird und die Produkte von Planted Bestandteil der Gerichte bleiben.
