Mucha AMAbilidad y desayunos deliciosos. - Edit
Como su mismo nombre lo dice, quienes trabajan ahí, son muy AMAbles, siempre muy educadxs y con una sonrisa, nos preguntaban si todo estaba bien y qué necesitábamos. Se come al aire libre y es un sitio tranquilo, entonces genial. También usan productos locales y frescos, eso está muy bien, pues se ayuda al campesinado y hace que la comida tenga un gran sabor. El desayuno es económico, enorme, muy balanceado y delicioso, me enamoré de cada sabor. Los huevos de tofú increíbles y en gran cantidad, la mantequilla suave, los aguacates frescos, la arepa rellena de otro mundo y la leche de soya me encantó. Todo 10/10. Obvio volveré y recomiendo mucho este lugar.

One of my favorites in Medellin - Edit
I’ve been there twice in a week. Both their lunch menus for 20 000 and their other dishes are really nice. I really like that they are doing vegan versions of traditional Colombian dishes, which I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Their arepas are a bit flavorless that’s the only critique I have, but still a very nice place to go to. Also sell some vegetables and nuts etc in bulk.

Best vegan food I've had in ages! So good we came back! Had the chickpea burger and the star Bandeja Paisa the national dish of Colombia! I feel so lucky to have had this here! I love trying really traditional food but sometimes it is hard as they all often have meat! This was the most delicious thing I've had in Colombia!

Staff are so so so lovely and there is great service, the seating areas are gorgeous and they have a terrace downstairs. The inside sells vegan products: almond milk, cheese etc. The food was absolutely delicious. ¡Que rico! and affordable too around 30,000 inc tip for menu of the day. Couldn’t recommend a better lunch spot, absolutely love it!

We had a tasty menu del día Bogotá style: a corn soup with mushroom, rice, avocado and banana and a little fruit bread dessert. A good and healthy meal for 20k. Their sourdough bread is seriously amazing! Also the place is very cosy with lots of plants. The owner was very friendly too.

Very tasty and fresh menu del día! Soup, main plate, small dessert and juice. Our main plate was a wet burrito with rice, guacamole, and pico de gallo on the side. Plenty of food!

We really liked this place! We went there for breakfast and are definitely going to come back here. We had a granola bowl with yogurt and an arepa with avocado and tofu scramble and the food tasted great. On top of that, the food was served at a very fair price. They also have several dessert options including tiramisu and muffins. Also, inside the restaurant they have a small section of zero waste products as well as fruits and vegetables. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I can't tell you about the food since it never arrived.
I can tell you it's the WORST SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS! We came in about 45 minutes before closing. They asked us to download the menu which is fine except there was crappy internet service so it took everything a while to download. After 10 minutes, we looked at the menu. We tried to order and were THEN informed there were only two things on the menu - a thali and a burger. Why would you have us download the menu if you only had two things to offer? Anyway, we ordered a burger and a thali.
After another 15 minutes they came back and said there wasn't any more thali - only burgers and that we could get a burger combo that came with a drink. We said fine since we had already waited almost a half hour. So we waited. After another 20 minutes, the cowardly owner/manager then ran and hid and sent out a young man to be used as a scapegoat to explain that the kitchen is now not working. When we went to complain to the owner, she couldn't be found. So after 45 minutes of waiting for zero food, they still charged us for the drink. A really classy establishment.
Unless you are dying for cheap food, avoid this place like the plague.

Tofu scramble, avocado and bread stuffed with cheese and served with butter (violife I think). Everything was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We’re so glad we found this restaurant. The food was very good (tasted exactly or better than the non vegan food I used to eat as a kid here in Colombia). The owners are so kind and friendly.
