Love it but not entirely vegan

They have really nice low waste products, a refill station and fun projects! They have several wool and leather products so the shop is vegan-friendly but not vegan.

Large assortment

This store has recently moved to a new location, close to Worldcup market in Mangwon-dong. It is located on the 3rd floor.

The zero waste shop Almang offers eco-friendly products, includung household equipment and refill stations. There are also a few food items - mostly dried goods such as tea, spices, pasta, granola, as well as refill stations for olive oil and vinegar! Most things are vegan, many products are organic. Look out for the labels, or ask staff for more info.

Overall, this store of Almang has the largest diversity I've seen in Seoul so far! You can even find things such as natural incense, accessoires and women's sanitary items.

Bring your own containers and fill them with what you need!

You can also bring certain kinds of trash to have them recycled properly, e.g. brita filter, CDs, cables and crayons!

Pros: many options

Cons: interior a bit dark and messy-looking

Zero-waste made Accessible

Refill-station with everything from dish soap to oils to tea and herbs. Great range of shampoo bars but the highlight is definitely their scouring pads made from dried pumpkin! I’ve been using them for ages and they definitely do the trick. Of course, there are a few expensive products but compared to other zero waste shops it’s a lot cheaper. Bring plastic bottle caps, milk cartons, silicon, shoe laces and even stale coffee to donate and fill up a stamp card, on completion of which you receive a free gift. Staff also really lovely
