Great arabe food inside the market!

I loved this shop, everything was so tasty. They have lots of vegan options. They are not labeled so ask the staff. We had hummus, tabule, rolls, and a stuffed bread which had lentils and burgol wheat. Also they told as they had 4 different vegan sweets. We made a very nice picnic in Jardin de la Turia, which I recommend.

Very nice & kind lady at the stand explained in detail all that was vegan :)

A lovely lady explained to me all dishes that were vegan including tabulleh, hummus, fried bread, muhammara, and 3 desserts. I would recommend😄

Pros: great service, yummy food

Nice discovery inside el mercado central

Wide range of vegan specialities from Middle East, Turkish and Egyptian cuisines. Lots of vegan Turkish sweets as well. The staff is aware of veganism so ask them which dishes are suitable for vegans because they're not labeled and some which one may think they're vegan (e.g. mutabal) contain dairy yoghurt. We bought muhamara, black olives spread and dolma and they were all absolutely tasty.

Pros: wide rage of vegan specialities, inexpensive, staff is aware of veganism

Cons: vegan not labelled, not easy to find inside el mercado central
