The vegan cheesesteak is among the best cheesesteaks of any kind we've ever had, and we're from Philadelphia! Super-tasty. The pho bowl was delicious and filling. Nice beer selection. Our waiter was attentive and excellent, and found time for good conversation, too. Sitting at the long high table family style with other diners gave opportunity for more conversation, and best of all, we happened to meet one of the owners, Alex, and got a hot tip from him on a little-known nearby canyon-and-arch hike, which turned out to be awesome.

I was glad to find a place with vegan options so close to my motel. I had the vegan cheesesteak with a side salad and it was so good! The texture and taste was great and the portion size was big. They also had vegan pho, vegan nachos, and vegan bahn mi. They had 3 or 4 vegan salad dressings as well.

Delicious sandwich. Friendly service. I ordered carryout and walked away thinking the bag of chips that came with the sandwich were the kettle corn I ordered. Sandwich was so good I’ll be back again before I leave town and hopefully I’ll get my kettle corn then! 😄

Was incredibly impressed with the vegan sandwiches we ordered. Both of them were 10/10– if I could give this place 5 stars for their vegan sandwiches I would. The mushroom cheesesteak was sooo good/creative. If we were in Moab longer, I would have came back. Would have loved to try the vegan Vietnamese coffee option, but it was evening so didn’t want the caffeine. Would highly recommend the vegan options.

The vegan pho at this is worth a stop in and of itself - it’s delicious and the broth was to die for. They also have a vegan cheesesteak made of mushrooms and bahn mi nachos, as well as vegan baked goods. #Veganuary

Yummy tempeh nachos and cheesesteak with mushrooms! Nice to have a broth cup option (labeled as “pho cup”) as a side for the sandwich - broth was super flavorful. Nachos were a huge portion, we treated it as one of our entrees and shared everything. Not sure about the brand of cheese - wasn’t as melty as I’d prefer but fine. Lots of great toppings, mushrooms, etc. Loved the non alcoholic herbal cocktails for the ~sober curious~ and vegan/GF peanut butter cookie and bars for dessert option.

We were very pleased to find so many vegan choices on the menu - including vegan peanut butter cookies for dessert. The menu is clearly labeled and has a variety of vegan options, including lemongrass tofu and tempeh. They have a kids pho which is not listed on the menu. The vegan pho broth was so flavorful - probably the best I’ve had. We had the vegan philly sandwich and ban mi salad. The salad was fantastic. The philly was also good. Wish we could have tried the vegan nachos with Kim chi. Next time!

I ate here with my family who isn't vegan and got the vegan cheese steak- they all tried it and said that it was the best thing any of us got! They use real vegetables and spice (and salt) their foods perfectly. And everyone who works here is AWESOME! they may also serve meat, but I am so grateful for this kind place.

Seems like everyone who liked this place has stolen our thunder, especially for the Vegan Philly Steak sandwich. My wife was disappointed, only for the fact that the server had no idea what brand of vegan cheese they used (Violife????). We were both shocked at how creamy and delicious it was. I ordered the vegan pho, which was chocked full of really fresh ingredients. Definitely a vegan-must-go-stop in Moab.

Had a nice time exploring the menu, nice variety of unique vegan dishes (and meat dishes) also a nice variety of beers and other non-main stream drink offerings. We started with Vegan nachos, they’re great-there was a little Kim chi in there, added a little kick I thought! We ordered the Banh mi salad and the Vegan cheese steak sandwich, with a cup of pho. I should have gotten the smaller sandwich. It was all great but too much food, I’m stuffed. It was our first time no disappointments and fun to try something a little different

If I could give this 5 stars I would. Sure they serve meat, but their vegan options are absolutely insane. I went twice during the two days I was visiting Moab. Got the tofu bahn mi which was delicious. For a non vegan restaurant they did a damn good job with the tofu. Second day I got the vegan cheesesteak. Oh. My. God. I was mind blown. I had to double check with the server that it was infact vegan because it tasted so much like a real cheesesteak!! Apparently the owner is from philly, so they wanted to imitate the original as best as they could. And they did it. I wish I could go every weekend and get that cheesesteak. Mushrooms: perfection. Bread: perfection. Vegan cheese sauce: perfection. Maybe the best vegan meal I’ve had in my 2.5 years of doing it so far. 10/10 recommend. If you are in Moab, do not miss out on this. Even better, they have so many vegan drink options, the staff is incredibly friendly and very aware of vegan food. A round of applause for 98 center Moab. Well done.
