Instructions
1) Distribute nut butter around the inner edges of a large jar or tupperware (see photo).
2) Combine all of the dry ingredients(oats, chia, flax, salt) and then place them in the jar.
3) Combine all of the wet ingredients thoroughly, and then add them to the jar with the remaining ingredients and gently stir, trying not to disturb the nut butter on the walls of the jar.
4) Seal jar and place in fridge for minimum 12 hours. I find that waiting 24 hours is best.

2 tbsp nut butter (suggested - vanilla espresso almond butter)
Wet:
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (250 ml) milk
1 cup (250 ml) cold brewed coffee (or cold espresso)
1 cup (80g) rolled oats
