For the Topping:
Mix the jam with the chia seeds and let it rest until it thickens.
For the Base:
Process the dates finely.
Add the rest of the base ingredients and mix until a dough is formed, which you then press into a container.
For the Filling:
Drain the cashews and blend them with lemon juice until a texture similar to cream cheese is obtained (add water if needed), which you then spread on top of the base, followed by spreading the topping on top of the Filling and freezing for an hour to then put in the fridge.

1 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds.
1 cup of pecans
1/4 cup of dates
1/4 cup of cacao powder
Water if needed.
For the Filling:
1 1/2 cashews (soaked overnight)
1 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
Water if needed.
For the Topping:
1 cup of strawberry jam
1 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds.
