Grilled Portobello Mushroom

Instructions
This is the basic recipe, you could also add a handful of basil leaves or other herbs plus 1/4 cup diced red or green onion.
Brusha, brusha, brusha. Gently pull off the mushroom stem (squeeze slightly while pulling), and brush them with a soft dry brush or paper towel to remove the loose dirt. No washing.
Marinate mushroom for one hour.
Grill, broil, or bake at 400F degrees for 10 minutes. To grill, start will a hot grill/griddle to get a good sear.
Enjoy with rice pilaf, a baked potato. or atop a bowl of quinoa.
