    Instructions

This is the basic recipe, you could also add a handful of basil leaves or other herbs plus 1/4 cup diced red or green onion.
Brusha, brusha, brusha. Gently pull off the mushroom stem (squeeze slightly while pulling), and brush them with a soft dry brush or paper towel to remove the loose dirt. No washing.

I have a very similar recipe:

      2 tbsp. olive oil
      4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
      dried oregano and basil
      salt and pepper
      4 portobello mushrooms

Mix all the ingredients in a small, flat bowl. Put the mushrooms in the bowl and cover them with the marinade. Put them in an oven dish. Bake at 180C degrees (350F degrees) for 8 minutes, then turn them round, bake for another 8 minutes.

These can be eaten in a bun and are amazing :)
