Instructions
1) Combine oats and flaxseed meal in a mason jar, stir to distribute flax seeds evenly throughout the oats.
2) In a separate bowl or jar, combine the remaining ingredients and stir/shake until thoroughly combined.
3) Pour the wet ingredients into the jar with the oats and stir to combine.
4) Place the lid on the mason jar and store in the fridge. Ready to eat in 12 hours, but best after 24.

Ingredients
1/2 cup (45g) rolled oats
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup (125ml) cold brew concentrate
(or cold espresso for an extra kick! Do not use hot coffee as it can cause the milk to curdle)
1/2 cup milk of choice
(oat milk will be most naturally sweet, almond milk most neutral, soy milk high in protein, cashew will be richest)
1 tbsp maple syrup (omit if using sweetened or flavored milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
