            Instructions
                    
                        Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spoon half pizza sauce onto crust and spread evenly. Top with half of the soy cheese. Add tomato slices, veggies, garlic, herbs. Add the remaining soy cheese and then pizza sauce. Place pizza onto baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes.

                        1 readymade small-medium size pizza crust
1/2 cup soy mozzarella cheese
1 cup pizza sauce
1 medium tomato, sliced
1/2 cup fresh vegetables (bell pepper slices, chopped broccoli, etc.)
2 large clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
handful fresh basil, chopped
