We serve creative pintxos, open-faced toasts, and handcrafted sandwiches packed with bold flavor and personality. Our goal is to make vegan food joyful, approachable, and delicious for everyone, whether you’re vegan or just curious. Created by two New Yorkers who came to the Basque Country to plant new roots and share their love for conscious, flavor-driven eating.
