So Glad to be a part of this Community. It's been 9 yrs. since I've taken the Leap into becoming a Vegetarian moving into the Vegan part of my Life. The longer I live the more I realize how Critical it is to live a Healthy Plant Based Life Style. I remember when I took the Leap, as if it were yesterday. I remember saying to myself only after a month. "There Is No Way I'm Turning Back" and I meant it. I know what this Life Style has to offer. I know what my Body Feels Like when it's Health and what it Craves. Raw Food Is My Medicine for Life!!!
