I have been vegetarian since 1979 and now 99.9% vegan since 2012. I am also gluten free so it is difficult to find recipes. I also avoid soy, and the nightshades as well as sugar, so my diet is limited. I have autoimmune conditions and since food can greatly affect my health, I eat as clean and healthy as possible.
