I have owned or operated four gourmet vegetarian restaurants ,1975(Open Sesame), 1978 (Cornucopia), 1998 (Last Mango in Newport), restaurant Beas, India. We have opened So. California's first Vegetarian Underground Restaurant in Cypress, Ca now,retired.
