Ezefranca's profile
I’m a Brazilian 🇧🇷 creative technologist who has followed a plant-based lifestyle since 2017, initially motivated by health and respect for animals. Over time, I’ve developed an interest in evidence-based nutrition, focusing mostly on whole foods and simple habits like meal prepping to stay consistent. I also have some semi-professional training in cooking, and I enjoy exploring new flavors and seasonings—especially from Portugal, Brazil, Peru, and India. For me, plant-based living is about taking better care of myself while making more thoughtful choices in everyday life. When it comes to restaurants, I’m generally cautious with reviews. I rarely leave negative ones, since a single experience doesn’t always reflect a business fairly—especially for smaller places. Respecting people matters just as much as respecting animals. I see dining out as more than just eating—it’s a chance to connect, learn something new, and experience local culture. Sometimes it’s about discovering a new ingredient, a different way of cooking, or simply understanding how people express themselves through food. Because of that, I don’t rely heavily on reviews to decide where to go—and I don’t expect others to rely on mine either. I prefer forming my own impressions. I also tend to value culinary traditions and authenticity over trends. In my experience, countries with strong food cultures often offer more depth and flavor, while wealthier places don’t always prioritize taste in the same way.
