I’ve been vegetarian since autumn 2023 and in 2025 I decided I wanted to try out the Veganuary. Since then I’ve never gone back and I never will. I told all my friends and family about the reasons and pros of living vegan and my friend even tries to eat plant based as much as she can now. I like to explain my way of living to people and I’m not scared to speak up about those who can’t speak up for themselves.
