Hey! We are Conner & Amy Kadziolka! When Covid brought our lined up careers in Education and Social Work to a grinding halt, we decided to get creative and funnel our passion for plant-based cooking into starting Sprout Society. We knew that we wanted to share our love for healthy and nourishing food while showing that you don't have to be vegan to enjoy incredibly delicious plant-based food! Our mission is to not only make plant-based eating accessible and approachable, but to make it fun, engaging, and wildly delicious! We believe that convenience doesn't have to come at the expense of health, so we set out to give our clients back the gift of time with honestly healthy ready-made meals.
