I am not fully vegan or vegetarian. I have lived in the middle of the country for the better part of my life, and non-meat options have always been scarce. However, since I was a kid, I’ve always had a vegetarian palate. Now with more advanced techniques in plant based foods, I would like to start incorporating more of a vegan/vegetarian diet into my life. If you’re in KC, that’s where I’m at.
