Graduated in Foreign Languages, I've always loved Nature and I became a Foraging teacher and a wild food chef. Pikniq was born in 2013 and it offers catering and take away, handmade with hand-foraged wild species. Now I teach Phytoalimurgy and Ethnobotany and I run courses to teach how to discover Nature and its secrets.
