I was born and raised on my family farm in Maha Sarakham, a province in the Northeast region of Thailand. Growing up surrounded by an abundance of fresh, natural ingredients, I developed a deep connection to food from an early age. Before heading to school each day, I would prepare dishes and sell them at the local market. This early experience taught me the art of cooking with nature—using freely grown ingredients and blending herbs and spices to craft traditional Thai and Isan dishes. Over time, I honed my skills and began experimenting with flavors, allowing me to create my own unique recipes. My passion for cooking has also inspired me to explore the culinary traditions of other Asian cuisines, including dishes from Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore, expanding my repertoire and deepening my love for the diversity of flavors across the region.
