I've decided to go vegan and after doing a large amount of research, I read that a longer process is better than the "cold turkey" approach. I've given up a meat each month. Currently I'm a pescatarian, as I still consume seafood, dairy, and eggs. However, dairy and eggs are on there way out after this month. It's definitely been an eye opener. I wanted to go vegan because of my love and concern for all animals but never tried to do it. That was until I saw a very moving and upsetting documentary called Earthlings. I support PETA, ASPCA, The Humane Society, The Humane League.
