About Hudson Valley Vegans: Welcome! This group was started (many years ago) to find vegans and vegan wannabes in the Hudson Valley. We combine Social Events and Social Action by enjoying delicious, healthful vegan food and encouraging others to do so. The more people who choose vegan food, the fewer farmed animals will be raised. You do not have to be vegan to join, just eat like one when you are with us. We get together to learn and to inform others.
